What will appear on my credit card statement?

After placing an order with The Flip Video store you will see an entry in your credit card statement with the name “THEFLIP.COM”.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged either when your order ships from our warehouse or, if you ordered a personalized camcorder, when your camcorder is submitted for personalization.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee for all products purchased at the Flip Video store. You can read our satisfaction guarantee here and the detailed Terms of Purchase here.

How do I get a replacement TV cable for my camcorder?

Go to the Customer Service page and select the appropriate cable for your camcorder from Customer Service Links section. Be sure to select the correct cable for your camcorder. For example, for Flip Mino camcorders select the Flip Mino TV Cable. When you click the link the cable will be added to the shopping cart (you always have the option to remove items from the cart).

Can I ship to multiple destinations on a single order?

You cannot place one order and ship to multiple destinations. You would need to enter a separate order for each shipping destination.

How do I check order status?

To check on the status of your order click on the “My Account” link on the left navigation bar and enter your order number in the proper field.

What is the Flip Video Store Shipping policy?

All orders placed at The Flip Video Store qualify for free shipping. If you select free shipping, camcorder orders are shipped via UPS Ground and accessory-only orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. During checkout you may select an expedited shipping method (UPS 2-day or overnight shipping) at an additional charge. The appropriate rate for the package weight and destination will be provided in the checkout process. FPO/APO shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail.

How do I use a coupon?

In the Shopping Cart screen there is a place to enter a Coupon or Promotional code. Enter the code and click the “apply code” link.

Can I ship internationally?

No. The Flip Video Store does not support international shipments at this time.

No. The Flip Video Store does not offer gift-wrapping at this time.

Which Credit Cards does the Flip Video store accept?

The following credit cards are accepted at the Flip Video store: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

When will my order ship?

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, warehouse processing time and does not include transit time.

  • In-stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays.
  • In-stock orders placed by noon (Pacific Standard Time) on Friday for overnight delivery will not be shipped out until the following business day.
