Return Policy
With our Satisfaction Guarantee, you may return your personalized Mino camcorder within 90 days of purchase for any reason. To return any products, email orders@theflip.com with your order number and reason for return. You'll receive instructions on returning your products. Please note that we are only able to offer the full refund for returns of orders of five or fewer personalized Mino camcorders. Returns of orders of six or more Mino camcorders will be charged a $60 restocking fee per camcorder after the fifth camcorder.
