Camcorder orders are shipped via UPS Ground and accessory-only orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
You may always change shipping method and choose UPS 2nd Day or Overnight shipping. The appropriate rate for the package weight and destination will be provided in the checkout process.
FPO/APO shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail.

We know you'll love your Flip Video Camcorder. In fact, we guarantee it. If you are not completely satisfied with any product you buy from the Flip Video Store, return it within 90 days of receipt for a full refund (not including shipping costs).
Note: We are only able to offer the full refund for returns of orders of five or fewer personalized Mino camcorders. Returns of orders of six or more Mino camcorders will be charged a $60 restocking fee per camcorder after the fifth camcorder.
